At the taster day on March 11, 2022, numerous interested visitors learned about the training opportunities at the German Milling School Braunschweig (DMSB).

Under the motto "From students for students", a young team of presenters led through the day. They introduced the teaching staff, gave tours of the premises, presented the course content and reported on their own experiences during the training. In small workshops, they showed current project work and illustrated the subject areas with which training at the Müller School is concerned.

A number of alumni were also on hand to talk about their careers, from vocational training to their current employment – and what part the DMSB played in this. Current and former students also vividly described their experiences in the "Glück zu!" student fraternity and gave valuable tips on financing and the housing options in their own student dormitory. After the informative event, the residents invited the guests to a convivial barbecue, where a lively exchange developed.
