At this year’s open day on 8 March 2024, around 30 interested visitors found out about the training opportunities at the Deutsche Müllerschule Braunschweig (DMSB).
After the welcome by the headmaster Mr Gerling, the informative part about the lessons and the organisation of the school began. Afterwards, some former graduates spoke about their time at the DMSB and the opportunities that arose for them after graduating from the DMSB.
Afterwards, visitors were given a tour of the school: grain milling, laboratory tests, CAD applications, automation and the conveyor technology centre were presented.
Over a home-baked pizza, we got talking during the lunch break. Any unanswered questions about finances, housing, masters and happiness were clarified during the final discussion
